Thank you for your interest! There are two steps to becoming a Haven for Hope volunteer.
Thank you for choosing Haven for Hope and for your thoughtful spirit of giving! We are grateful for the generosity we have received this holiday season and to the thousands of volunteers who help support our program. Due to the amazing response we’ve received from the community this year we are not able to process new applications until the New Year. 1. Take a Tour
Tour our campus, get to know us a little better, and find out about our volunteer opportunities on campus. We have tours open to individuals every first Saturday and second/fourth Thursday of the month, beginning at 10 a.m. Tours scheduled after May 1st will begin at 9:30am. Everyone is welcome but space is limited. To sign up, email your RSVP and include your phone number, preferred dates/times, and the number in your party. We will send you an email confirmation with tour details.
Group tours are offered for 5 or more visitors Monday-Sunday at 10am and 2pm. Please book tours at least two weeks in advance.
To schedule a tour, please email:
- Your organization's name
- Point of contact's name, email address, and phone number
- Choice of three dates and times for a tour
- Number of people in your group
Volunteer Services will contact you within 2-3 business days to confirm your tour.
All tours are 90 minutes long and begin at the Volunteer Center located at 1 Haven for Hope Way. Please make sure to dress comfortably and in accordance with our dress code (no spaghetti strap shirts, tanks, shorts/skirts shorter than knee length, shirts shorter than waist length or pants below the waist). Walking shoes and water are recommended.
Tours will be offered until Saturday, December 19th and will restart Monday, January 4th in observance of the holidays.
2. Complete an Application Packet
Upon tour completion, you are welcomed to submit a completed Application Packet, along with a $5 processing fee (cash, check or credit card), and a valid ID. We will contact you within one week of receipt. Click on the buttons below to download the appropriate application packet.
