(HMIS)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6c967f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c6c967f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Un Sistema de informaci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n de personas sin hogar (HMIS) es el sistema de informaci\u00f3n designado por un Continuum of Care local (CoC TX-500) para cumplir con los requisitos de la regla provisional 24 CFR 578 del Programa CoC. Es un sistema de datos basado en la web y administrado localmente que se utiliza para registrar y analizar datos de clientes, servicios y viviendas para personas y familias sin hogar o en riesgo de quedarse sin hogar. Solo los usuarios autorizados dentro del CoC pueden acceder al HMIS.  <\/p><p>HMIS es administrado por el Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de EE. UU. (HUD) a trav\u00e9s de la Oficina de Programas de Asistencia para Necesidades Especiales (SNAPS) como su respuesta integral de datos al mandato del Congreso de informar anualmente sobre la falta de vivienda a nivel nacional. Es utilizado por todos los proyectos que se enfocan en servicios para personas sin hogar dentro de SNAPS y la oficina de Vivienda para VIH-SIDA. Tambi\u00e9n lo utilizan otros socios federales del Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos de EE. UU. (HHS) y el Departamento de Asuntos de Veteranos de EE. UU. y sus respectivos programas para medir el desempe\u00f1o del proyecto y participar en la evaluaci\u00f3n comparativa del esfuerzo nacional para terminar con la falta de vivienda.
