Esta distinci\u00f3n pone de relieve el compromiso inquebrantable de Haven for Hope de ofrecer servicios integrales, compasivos y eficaces a las personas sin hogar. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Obtener la certificaci\u00f3n TIC es un proceso riguroso y largo que incluye evaluaciones internas, encuestas a clientes y al personal, y formaci\u00f3n impartida por el Instituto de Atenci\u00f3n Informada sobre el Trauma de University Health. El proceso culmina con una revisi\u00f3n documental llevada a cabo por The Ecumenical Center.
