Resolved Issues

  • Duplicate profiles that have matching first and last name, social security numbers, and date of births will be merged automatically. The latest profile that is created will be the surviving record.

    Please continue submitting tickets through [email protected] if you encounter duplicate profiles.

Known Issues in Progress

  •  Lock out feature-If you are locked out of HMIS please submit a ticket immediately. This feature is not functioning appropriately and is not refreshing, therefore a user’s HMIS Account is remaining locked even after waiting 30 minutes.

  • All October 1st HUD updates have been implemented as of September 30th. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
