The system has been reverted to the previous log in page. It is available immediately. Please use the credentials you used as of yesterday.

Helpful Hints for login:

  • Make sure you are using your User Name and not your email. This is typically your first and last name with one space in between.
  • Try your current and previous password.
  • Try ‘Forgot your password’ for a reset.

If the steps above do not resolve your log in issue, please submit a ticket to the HMIS Team so we can assist.

We are aware of a widespread issue with users being locked out of HMIS. We are working with the Vendor to get this resolved and realize there may be a work stoppage. We will update you as soon as we see any progress.

Regular system updates occur biweekly on Mondays. Please be aware that HMIS will be unavailable during the update. The updates are scheduled to begin after 10:00 PM, and downtime is typically less than 15 minutes, but could last up to 2 hours. Emails are sent out to users day of.
